"Why I'm Choosing to Disconnect: The Real Reasons Social Media Doesn't Define My Life"

Social media can be a great way to stay connected, but it can also become a distraction and a source of stress. Taking a break from it can help us focus on the things that truly matter and focus on our personal growth.

Disconnection can help us take a step back to evaluate our own lives and make decisions that are more beneficial for us in the long run. For example, taking a social media break for a few days can allow us to focus on our goals, spend time with our family, or practice self-care.

I mainly use social media to promote my blog, the Embrace U Collection, and my podcast.

Taking a break from social media has helped me to be more intentional with how I spend my time and energy. I have also been able to focus more on creating content that resonates with my audience. Additionally, I have gained a better understanding of my target audience and their needs.

My private life is private. I want to use my platform to help others and inspire others. My content has become more focused on positivity and empowerment. I have been more mindful of how I use my time so that I can maximize my impact. I have also been able to build relationships with my followers and create a sense of community.

My purpose is more important to me than any personal gain. I want to use my platform to make the world a better place. I want to inspire others to make a positive impact and to live a life of purpose. Taking intermittent breaks from social media has helped me in so many ways. I am grateful for all those moments I can engage in other things I enjoy.

Overall, I am more intentional and focused on creating a meaningful positive impact with my content. Have you disconnected from social media? Did you see any difference in your mental health? Let’s talk about it!

The crazy thing is that

Social media is gonna be a big community soon

Remember when we get to see news on papers and TV, Right now we easily get filtered news and information

Why I said it's filtered

Bad news travel faster

I think in a few more years social media will be a market

You sell, buy, advertise, the whole world will be involved round it

When anyone put is private life out there

Alot of consumers will buy, sell, share, bad comment.

Of course you should not always believe everything you see online. However, I know someone who found truth online and the facts were verified. God has a way of revealing the truth! Please I would love for others to weigh in. How do you disconnect from social media?
