Coping - Try this





Some may wonder why I share quotes or content I find on social media. The reasons: 1. Everyone is on social media 2. some stuff is worth sharing.


So I saw this today on @_she_rises_

Note to self:

When things feel overwhelming,

remember:

  • One thought at a time

  • One task at a time

  • One day at a time

I agree 100% with this message.

I try to write my thoughts down, whether in my journal or a list; this allows me to brain dump.

I use my calendar to list my task and tackle them one at a time. It allows me to stay on point and take one day at a time.

The one thing that truly helps is going for a walk; as I walk, I pray.

After, praise yourself for being kind to yourself.
