I saw this quote, and it made me think about heartbreak in another way.
Sangeeta Rana said: "You don't need perfection, you need balance in your life.
Find your balance, find your peace."
I agree. I think it's imperative to find a healthy harmony between work, rest, and leisure activities. That way, we can maintain our physical and mental health and be productive and happy.
Having healthy boundaries between work, rest, and leisure activities is essential to ensure that we do not become overworked and overwhelmed. Too much work and lack of rest can lead to burnout, while too much rest and not enough work can lead to stagnation. Lack of productivity is another result. Finding the right balance is critical to ensuring that we have the energy and enthusiasm to pursue goals while still having time to relax, recharge, and live life to the fullest.
Here are some habits I practice to keep harmony and balance in my life.
Get up early, even on the weekend
Workout with a purpose
Eat clean
Read one to two chapters of a book every day
Shut down social media
Limit negative information
These are just a few of my habits that help me stay focused. Don't know how to start? What does your day look like? What is missing, and what drains you of energy? Once you identify these areas, you can pinpoint how and where to start.
The next step is to put your plan into action. Try your plan for seven days. After the seventh day, write down what did or didn't work. Do not give up on yourself! This is the key!
Evaluate yourself and adjust accordingly. Change the things that didn't work and keep doing the things that did. Finally, don't forget to reward yourself for your successes. For instance, if you achieved a goal, treat yourself to something that you enjoy, such as a meal out or a movie.
With this approach, you are more likely to achieve what you want while staying motivated. You will maintain harmony in all areas of your life's journey.
